A Length

Place the tape measure beside the collar at the highest point of the shoulder (High Point Shoulder) and pull straight down to the bottom hem.

B 1/2 Chest Width

Lay the garment completely flat and measure across the chest from one underarm seam straight to the opposite seam. 

C Sleeve Length

Place the tape measure at the top seam of the set-in sleeve and pull straight down to the edge of the cuff hem.
