A Length
Place the tape measure beside the collar at the highest point of the shoulder (High Point Shoulder) and pull straight down to the bottom hem.
B Width
Lay the garment completely flat and measure straight across the chest area from one underarm seam to the opposite underarm seam.
C Sleeve Length
Place the tape measure at the center back of the collar, pull it along the top seam of the shoulder, and continue straight down to the edge of the ribbed cuff.
